The breakfast was beneath any reasonable standard, what a disappointment! the jacuzzi felt filthy and uninviting, truly unacceptable. I expected a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience, as one would for a distinguished guest. This hotel has so much potential but woudl ve been better off giving me a sense of value. you almost had a great review, but I just couldn’t!

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and complimentary beverages made us feel at home. Our private pool offered stunning caldera views, perfect for sunset moments.
